About Me

Photography is such a major passion in my life and always has been. As a stay at home mother with ADHD, running my small business while creating art and capturing love through images has been a dream career. My favorite thing to do is work with my clients to take what they have in their mind and put it into their hands. So many photographers have such a strong style or a single specialty and I just have such a love of working with everyone that I have yet to find my niche.

I've had a camera in my hand since a very young age. I remember getting my first real 110mm camera that came with a little book about a bear and learning to use the camera.

My high school had a darkroom and a class on black and white photography. I didn't learn a lot at that time that would help me capture stronger images but I did learn a lot about film processing. With a love of developing film and printing images, I got a job working at Ritz Camera right out of high school in the 1 hour photo lab. The little white frames around the prints always spoke to me. If you ever developed film there, you know exactly what I mean. This was 2001 and personal digital cameras were a fairly new thing with the mini-disks and every other month increasing megapixels that were achievable. I feel like I always knew I wanted to be a photographer one day, I loved how I could capture and relive such meaningful times with the images through prints. Now I'm happy to give others those wonderful memories to keep forever frozen in time.
